Raisable Trust Materials

Privacy Policy

Raisable's public trust materials describe the currently shipped public platform behavior for legal, privacy, and data-processing review.

Effective date: May 10, 2026Privacy questions: privacy@raisable.ai

Information Raisable processes

Raisable processes account and contact details, authentication state, project membership, organization and issuer profile data, offering workflow data, uploaded files, generated drafts, comments, activity records, billing identifiers, token and plan state, whitelist requests, email metadata, and support or legal communications.

Raisable also processes technical data needed to run the service, including request metadata, logs, security events, browser and device signals, feature-flag context, and usage records tied to AI and billing controls.

How Raisable uses information

Raisable uses information to provide authenticated workspaces, maintain project state, generate and analyze documents, support collaboration, operate secure document access, administer plans and billing, send transactional email, respond to support and legal requests, protect the service, and meet compliance or contractual obligations.

Raisable does not sell customer project content. Third-party disclosure is limited to service providers, legal or security obligations, business administration, and customer-directed workflows described in these materials.

AI processing

Current shipped AI workflows may send prompts, project context, uploaded file metadata, requirement context, generated content, and related metadata to Anthropic through Raisable's server-side AI integration for chat, document generation, upload validation, upload analysis, and PPM generation. Current upload analysis does not read the underlying file body.

Customers should not submit information they are not authorized to process through AI workflows. AI outputs require human review before legal, investment, compliance, or filing use.

Storage, hosting, authentication, email, and billing

Raisable hosts the web application on Vercel, stores application records in Neon/PostgreSQL, stores uploaded artifacts through configured secure storage, uses managed authentication/session infrastructure, sends app-owned transactional email through Resend, and handles self-serve billing through Stripe where billing is enabled.

The maintained sub-processor inventory at Sub-processors identifies each listed processor, purpose, relevant data categories, and customer-facing reference material.

Retention, deletion, and security

Raisable retains information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain audit and billing records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, support security, or comply with law. Deletion requests may be limited where retention is required for security, legal, billing, backup, or audit purposes.

Raisable uses application-owned authorization, project-scoped access controls, environment-scoped configuration, provider-managed security controls, and operational logging to protect customer data. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Contact and rights requests

Privacy, access, correction, export, deletion, and legal questions can be sent to privacy@raisable.ai. Raisable may need to verify requester authority before acting on account, project, billing, or document data.
